Description

Savory French Dip Tortilla Melt Roll-Ups are crispy golden tortillas stuffed with juicy shredded beef and melty cheese, perfect for dipping in rich au jus.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded roast beef
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or provolone
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup beef au jus (for dipping)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the shredded roast beef in a skillet over medium heat until heated through. Season with garlic powder and pepper.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and evenly distribute beef across the center of each.
  3. Sprinkle generous mozzarella or provolone over the beef.
  4. Roll tortillas tightly into logs, folding in sides slightly as you roll.
  5. Melt butter in skillet and place roll-ups seam-side down. Cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove and slice diagonally. Garnish with parsley.
  7. Serve hot with warm au jus for dipping.

  • For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed onions or peppers to the filling.
  • These roll-ups can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
