Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in protein powder and almond flour until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in blueberries, gently mixing to keep visible purple streaks.
- Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time if needed to reach a rollable consistency.
- Roll mixture into small 1-inch balls and place on a lined tray.
- Chill for 30 minutes until firm.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate and chill again briefly to set.
