Ingredients

  • Salted caramel sauce
  • Chocolate ganache or chocolate cream
  • Whipped cream
  • Salted peanuts
  • Crumble chocolate cookies or brownies
  • Peanut butter (optional, for extra richness)
  • Chocolate drizzle
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare chocolate layer: Whisk chocolate ganache with a splash of vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  2. Build base: Add a layer of crushed chocolate cookies or brownie pieces to the bottom of each verrine.
  3. Add peanuts: Sprinkle a handful of salted peanuts over the crumble for crunch.
  4. Pipe chocolate cream: Spoon or pipe a thick layer of chocolate ganache over the peanuts.
