Ingredients
- Salted caramel sauce
- Chocolate ganache or chocolate cream
- Whipped cream
- Salted peanuts
- Crumble chocolate cookies or brownies
- Peanut butter (optional, for extra richness)

Instructions
- Prepare chocolate layer: Whisk chocolate ganache with a splash of vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Build base: Add a layer of crushed chocolate cookies or brownie pieces to the bottom of each verrine.
- Add peanuts: Sprinkle a handful of salted peanuts over the crumble for crunch.
- Pipe chocolate cream: Spoon or pipe a thick layer of chocolate ganache over the peanuts.
- Caramel layer: Drizzle generous ribbons of salted caramel around the inside of the glass and on top of the chocolate cream.
- Top with whipped cream: Pipe a tall swirl of whipped cream.
