Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground beef (or beef/pork blend)
- 1 cup Whole-milk ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Gently mix ground meat, ricotta, egg, panko, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Roll into soft meatballs without overpacking.
- Heat olive oil in a wide pan and lightly brown meatballs on all sides.
- Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
- Cover and simmer gently for 20–25 minutes until tender and cooked through.
- Spoon sauce over meatballs while simmering to keep them moist.
- Finish with extra Parmesan and parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
- Serve with pasta or crusty bread for a complete meal.
