Instructions
- Finely mince or grate the garlic until paste-like.
- In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Add garlic and lemon juice; mix thoroughly.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Chill 15–30 minutes for best flavor and texture.
