Description

Juicy slow-cooked chicken smothered in a rich, velvety garlic cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh chives (garnish)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and lightly sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Place chicken in the crock pot. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then add sautéed garlic.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW 6–7 hours until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  5. Stir in cream cheese and Parmesan during the last 30 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  6. Spoon sauce over chicken and let it rest 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh chopped chives and extra cracked pepper. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
