- 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh chives (garnish)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- In a skillet, melt butter and lightly sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Place chicken in the crock pot. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then add sautéed garlic.
- Cover and cook on LOW 6–7 hours until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Stir in cream cheese and Parmesan during the last 30 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Spoon sauce over chicken and let it rest 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh chopped chives and extra cracked pepper. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
Notes
- For a quicker option, cook on HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
