Description
A warm, cheesy, golden crescent ring stuffed with tender turkey and served with cranberry sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 2 cups cooked shredded or chopped turkey
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
- Cranberry sauce (for serving and optional filling)
- 4 oz cream cheese (optional for creamier filling)
- Poppy seeds (for sprinkling)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Arrange crescent triangles in a circle on a baking sheet with points facing outward to form a ring.
- Mix turkey with shredded cheese, and cream cheese if you want a creamy filling; season with salt, pepper, and Dijon.
- Spoon the turkey mixture along the base of the dough ring.
- Fold the pointed ends over the filling and tuck underneath to create a sealed ring.
- Brush with a bit of egg wash and sprinkle lightly with poppy seeds.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Serve warm with cranberry sauce in the center of the ring.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some chopped jalapeños to the turkey mixture.
- Can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
