Ingredients

  • Pork ribs
  • Thai sweet chili sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic
  • Honey or palm sugar
  • Lime juice
  • Fish sauce
  • Ginger
  • Red chili slices
  • Crushed peanuts
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Season ribs lightly with salt and wrap tightly in foil.
  2. Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 2 hours until tender.
  3. Simmer sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, and lime juice until glossy.
  4. Unwrap ribs and brush generously with the glaze.
  5. Broil 3–5 minutes per side, brushing more sauce until sticky and caramelized.
  6. Finish with red chili slices, peanuts, and fresh cilantro.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the ribs in the sauce overnight.
