Ingredients
- Pork ribs
- Thai sweet chili sauce
- Soy sauce
- Garlic
- Honey or palm sugar
- Lime juice
- Fish sauce
- Ginger
- Red chili slices
- Crushed peanuts
- Fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Season ribs lightly with salt and wrap tightly in foil.
- Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 2 hours until tender.
- Simmer sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, and lime juice until glossy.
- Unwrap ribs and brush generously with the glaze.
- Broil 3–5 minutes per side, brushing more sauce until sticky and caramelized.
- Finish with red chili slices, peanuts, and fresh cilantro.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs in the sauce overnight.
- Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or fewer red chili slices.
- Serve with steamed rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
