Description

Ingredients

  • Jalapeños (6 large, halved and seeded)
  • Smoked brisket (1 cup, chopped)
  • Cream cheese (4 oz, softened)
  • Bacon (12 slices)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese (½ cup)
  • BBQ sauce (½ cup)
  • Garlic powder (½ tsp)
  • Black pepper (¼ tsp)
  • Chopped chives (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep jalapeños: Slice jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
  2. Make filling: Mix cream cheese, cheddar, brisket, garlic powder, and pepper until creamy.
  3. Stuff peppers: Fill each jalapeño half generously with the brisket mixture.
  4. Wrap with bacon: Wrap one slice of bacon around each stuffed jalapeño, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Bake: Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake 30–35 minutes until bacon is crispy.
