- Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and pat chicken dry; season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and Dijon mustard.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the orange glaze over the top.
- Roast uncovered for 40–45 minutes, basting occasionally until the chicken is golden and caramelized.
- Garnish with fresh orange slices and thyme before serving.
- Spoon pan juices over the top for a glossy finish.
