Description
Creamy layered ice cream bars with a buttery crust and crunchy strawberry shortcake crumble on top.
Ingredients
- Vanilla ice cream (softened)
- Strawberry ice cream (softened)
- Golden Oreos (for crust + crumble)
- Butter
- Freeze-dried strawberries
- A little sugar
- Vanilla extract (optional)
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Pulse Golden Oreos and melted butter until sandy; press firmly into a parchment-lined 9×13 pan. Freeze 10 minutes.
- Spread softened strawberry ice cream over the crust; freeze until slightly firm.
- Add the vanilla ice-cream layer on top; freeze again until solid.
- Make crumble: pulse more Golden Oreos with freeze-dried strawberries and a bit of sugar.
- Sprinkle crumble generously over the frozen bars, pressing lightly so it sticks.
- Freeze at least 2–3 hours or until sliceable.
- Cut into bars and serve cold with fresh strawberries if desired.

- Ensure the ice cream is softened for easier spreading.
- Use parchment paper for easy removal of the bars.
- Customize the crumble with additional freeze-dried fruits if desired.
