Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries (or freeze-dried strawberry powder)
  • All-purpose flour
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Egg
  • Baking powder
  • Vanilla extract
  • Strawberry gelatin powder (optional for color & flavor)
  • Golden Oreos (for crumble topping)

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in egg and vanilla.
  2. Mix in flour, baking powder, and strawberry powder/gelatin to form dough.
  3. Shape dough into balls, flatten slightly, and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Crush Golden Oreos and mix with a little butter and strawberry powder to make crumble topping.
  5. Press crumble lightly on top of each cookie.
  6. Bake 10–12 minutes until set but still soft in the center.
  7. Cool slightly before serving with fresh strawberries.
