Description
Soft strawberry cookies topped with a buttery crunch crumble.
Ingredients
- Fresh strawberries (or freeze-dried strawberry powder)
- All-purpose flour
- Butter
- Sugar
- Egg
- Baking powder
- Vanilla extract
- Strawberry gelatin powder (optional for color & flavor)
- Golden Oreos (for crumble topping)
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in egg and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking powder, and strawberry powder/gelatin to form dough.
- Shape dough into balls, flatten slightly, and place on a baking sheet.
- Crush Golden Oreos and mix with a little butter and strawberry powder to make crumble topping.
- Press crumble lightly on top of each cookie.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until set but still soft in the center.
- Cool slightly before serving with fresh strawberries.
Notes
- For a stronger strawberry flavor, use freeze-dried strawberry powder.
- Ensure cookies are not overbaked for a soft texture.
