Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Cut puff pastry into 4 squares and score a small border around each without cutting through.
- Spoon a dollop of cream cheese mixture into the center of each pastry square.
- Top with sliced strawberries and brush the edges with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and brush with strawberry jam for glaze.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
