- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles
- Fresh strawberries for topping
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat condensed milk, butter, and chocolate chips over medium heat until thickened (brigadeiro consistency). Cool slightly.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream with vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Layer vanilla cream at the bottom of a glass dish, add a layer of chopped strawberries, then spread the chocolate brigadeiro on top.
- Repeat the layers until the dish is full.
- Decorate the top with chocolate rosettes, sliced strawberries arranged in a fan pattern, and a sprinkle of chocolate sprinkles in the center.
- Chill for 2 hours to set.
- Serve cold and enjoy the creamy chocolate-strawberry fusion.
