Description

A decadent mix of creamy vanilla custard, rich chocolate brigadeiro, and fresh strawberries in every spoonful.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles
  • Fresh strawberries for topping

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat condensed milk, butter, and chocolate chips over medium heat until thickened (brigadeiro consistency). Cool slightly.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with vanilla until soft peaks form.
  3. Layer vanilla cream at the bottom of a glass dish, add a layer of chopped strawberries, then spread the chocolate brigadeiro on top.
  4. Repeat the layers until the dish is full.
  5. Decorate the top with chocolate rosettes, sliced strawberries arranged in a fan pattern, and a sprinkle of chocolate sprinkles in the center.
  6. Chill for 2 hours to set.
  7. Serve cold and enjoy the creamy chocolate-strawberry fusion.

Notes

  • Ensure the brigadeiro is thick enough for layering.
  • Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
  • Chilling time is essential for the layers to set properly.
