Ingredients
- Beef flank or sirloin
- Cornstarch
- Soy sauce
- Sweet chilli sauce
- Red bell pepper
- Onion
- Garlic
- Fresh red chilli
- Rice vinegar
- Brown sugar
- Ginger
- Neutral oil
Instructions
- Slice beef thinly against the grain; toss with cornstarch until fully coated.
- Fry beef in hot oil until deeply golden and crisp; remove and drain.
- Stir-fry onion, bell pepper, garlic, ginger, and chilli until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar; simmer briefly.
- Return beef to the pan and toss to coat until sticky and glossy.
- Serve immediately for maximum crunch.

- For extra heat, add more fresh red chilli.
- Serve with steamed rice for a complete meal.
