Ingredients

Instructions
- Sauté sliced Cajun sausage until browned; remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook onions, peppers, and garlic until softened.
- Add uncooked pasta, Cajun seasoning, and chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir occasionally as pasta cooks and sauce thickens.
- Return sausage to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
- Stir in Parmesan until melted and glossy.
- Garnish with parsley and extra Cajun seasoning if desired.
