Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the sheet and gently swirl blueberry jam on top with a toothpick.
- Bake 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and centers are soft.
- Cool on the tray before transferring to a rack to set completely.
