Ingredients

  • Flank or skirt steak
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Orange juice
  • Garlic

  • Cumin
  • Chili powder

  • Oregano
  • Onion, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, and spices together in a bowl.
  2. Place steak and sliced onion in the crockpot.
  3. Pour marinade over the meat, coating evenly.
  4. Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours until fork-tender.
  5. Remove steak and shred or slice against the grain.
  6. Return meat to juices and toss with chopped cilantro.
