Description

A golden crescent ring filled with tender turkey, creamy cheese, and bright cranberry sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups Cooked turkey (shredded or chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry sauce
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • Fresh rosemary (to taste)
  • Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Egg wash (for shine)

Instructions

  1. Arrange crescent triangles in a circle on a baking sheet, tips pointing outward to form a ring.
  2. Mix turkey with cream cheese, a pinch of salt, pepper, and a touch of Dijon if desired.
  3. Spoon the turkey mixture along the base of the dough ring.
  4. Add dollops of cranberry sauce and a few rosemary leaves over the filling.
  5. Fold the pointed ends of the crescents over the filling and tuck underneath to secure.
  6. Brush with egg wash and bake 18–22 minutes until golden and flaky.
  7. Garnish with extra rosemary and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute turkey with sautéed vegetables.
