- 2 tbsp Flour (to thicken)

- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 Egg wash (for brushing)
Instructions
- Sauté onion and garlic until soft, then brown the ground beef; season with salt, pepper, thyme, and Worcestershire.
- Add tomato paste and flour, mixing until the beef is coated.
- Pour in beef broth and simmer with mixed veggies until thickened and saucy.
- Line a baking dish with puff pastry, pressing into edges.
- Spoon in the beef-vegetable filling evenly.
- Cover with another pastry sheet, seal edges, and score a crosshatch pattern.
- Brush with egg wash and bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes until puffed and deeply golden.
