Instructions
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter; press firmly into the base of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; add eggs one at a time.
- Fold in sour cream and red velvet crumbs or mix until just combined.
- Pour batter over crust and bake in a water bath for 60–70 minutes.
- Cool completely, then chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with white chocolate ganache and let it drip down the sides.
- Garnish with whipped cream swirls and halved Oreos before serving.
