Instructions
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, vanilla, and almond extract until fluffy.
- Add almond flour, all-purpose flour, and salt; mix into a soft dough.
- Scoop dough balls, flatten slightly, and spoon a small amount of raspberry jam into the center.
- Fold dough around the filling to seal and roll into a smooth ball.
- Bake at 350°F for 12–14 minutes until the bottoms are lightly golden but tops stay pale.
- Let cool 5 minutes, then roll generously in powdered sugar.
- Serve once fully cooled and dust with extra sugar for a snowy finish.
