Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a springform pan base and chill.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Divide batter into 3 bowls; tint each with a different pastel color.
- Layer colored fillings over the crust, adding berries between layers.
- Smooth the top and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
- Decorate with whipped cream swirls, fresh berries, and colorful sprinkles.
