Ingredients

  • Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • Long-grain rice
  • Smoked paprika
  • Chicken broth

  • Red bell pepper

  • Tomato paste
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Heavy cream (optional for creamy finish)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Fresh parsley or green onions

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and a pinch of cayenne.
  2. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through; remove and cube.
  3. In the same pan, sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.
