Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Knead until smooth and elastic; cover and let rise until doubled.
  3. Roll dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter evenly.
  4. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, then roll tightly and slice into rolls.
  5. Arrange rolls in a baking dish, cover, and rise again until puffy.
  6. Bake until golden and fluffy.
  7. Whisk pistachio cream, powdered sugar, cream, and vanilla; spread over warm rolls and finish with chopped pistachios.
