Instructions
- Warm milk and mix with yeast and sugar; let foam, then add eggs, butter, flour, and salt to form a soft dough.
- Knead until smooth and elastic; cover and let rise until doubled.
- Roll dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter evenly.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, then roll tightly and slice into rolls.
- Arrange rolls in a baking dish, cover, and rise again until puffy.
- Bake until golden and fluffy.
- Whisk pistachio cream, powdered sugar, cream, and vanilla; spread over warm rolls and finish with chopped pistachios.
