Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two 8-inch cake pans.
- Blend pistachios and sugar into a fine paste, then add melted butter, eggs, and milk; mix until smooth.
- Stir in flour and baking powder until combined.
- Divide the batter between pans and bake 25–30 minutes until springy to the touch.
- Cool completely, then spread chocolate ganache between the layers.
- Cover the top with more ganache and sprinkle generously with chocolate chips.
- Chill 15 minutes before slicing to set the layers.
