Description

A luxurious fusion of creamy cheesecake and flaky baklava, layered with honey, pistachios, and golden phyllo.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • ½ cup honey
  • 8 sheets phyllo dough
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and butter a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Layer 4 sheets of buttered phyllo at the bottom and sides of the pan.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cream until smooth.
  4. Pour half the cheesecake mixture into the crust, add a layer of chopped pistachios and a drizzle of honey.
  5. Add remaining filling, top with 4 more buttered phyllo sheets, and sprinkle pistachios on top.
  6. Bake for 55–60 minutes until golden and slightly set in the center.
  7. Cool slightly, drizzle with honey, and chill before slicing for perfect layers.
