- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant coconut or vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 ½ cups whipped topping
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup toasted coconut or pineapple chunks for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crushed pineapple, pudding mix, and condensed milk; mix well.
- Fold in shredded coconut and whipped topping until fluffy.
- Stir in mini marshmallows.
- Chill for at least 1 hour to thicken and set.
- Top with toasted coconut and pineapple chunks before serving.
- Serve chilled for a refreshing tropical treat!
