Ingredients

  • Frozen or fresh-cut fries
  • Thin-sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • Shredded cheddar or cheese sauce
  • Bell peppers & onions
  • Olive oil or butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • Parsley (for garnish)
  • Optional: provolone for extra melt

Instructions

  1. Bake or air-fry fries until crisp and golden; keep warm.
  2. Sauté sliced peppers and onions in oil until softened and slightly charred.
  3. Add thin-sliced steak to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; cook until browned.
  4. Layer hot fries in a serving dish and pile the steak-and-veggie mixture over the top.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar or pour warm cheese sauce generously over everything.
  6. Return to the oven for 3–5 minutes if you want extra melt.
  7. Top with diced onions and parsley before serving.
