Ingredients
- Thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Provolone cheese
- Garlic butter
- Bell peppers
- Onions
- Soft French bread loaf
- Salt
- Pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- Parsley (garnish)
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Sauté sliced onions and bell peppers in oil until soft; set aside.
- Sear sliced steak, season with salt, pepper, and a splash of Worcestershire.
- Hollow out the French bread loaf, leaving thick walls.
- Brush the inside generously with garlic butter.
- Layer steak, peppers/onions, and both cheeses into the loaf.
- Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley, slice, and serve warm.

- For extra flavor, add additional spices to the steak while searing.
