Description

A buttery garlic loaf overflowing with melty cheese, tender steak, onions, and peppers—pure comfort in every slice.


Ingredients

  • Thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Provolone cheese
  • Garlic butter
  • Bell peppers
  • Onions
  • Soft French bread loaf
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Parsley (garnish)
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Sauté sliced onions and bell peppers in oil until soft; set aside.
  2. Sear sliced steak, season with salt, pepper, and a splash of Worcestershire.
  3. Hollow out the French bread loaf, leaving thick walls.
  4. Brush the inside generously with garlic butter.
  5. Layer steak, peppers/onions, and both cheeses into the loaf.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with parsley, slice, and serve warm.

  • For extra flavor, add additional spices to the steak while searing.
