Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- Thin-sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- Provolone or mozzarella cheese
- Green bell peppers
- Onions
- Olive oil

- Salt & pepper
- Optional: mushrooms, shredded cheddar
Instructions
- Sauté thin-sliced steak in a hot skillet with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; set aside.
- Cook peppers and onions until softened and lightly caramelized.
- Stretch pizza dough onto a baking sheet or stone and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Add a layer of cheese, then scatter steak, peppers, and onions evenly.
- Add additional cheese over the top for a bubbly melt.
- Bake 10–13 minutes at 475°F until crust is golden and cheese is sizzling.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding mushrooms or shredded cheddar as toppings.
