Instructions
- Slice croissants in half and arrange in a buttered baking dish.
- Tuck chocolate chunks throughout the croissants, especially in the center layers.
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla into a smooth custard.
- Pour custard evenly over the croissants, allowing them to soak slightly.
