Description

Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken breast (chunked or shredded)
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Large flour tortillas
  • Butter
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook 2–3 minutes.
  3. Stir in a splash of heavy cream and Parmesan; simmer until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
  4. Lay tortillas flat and pile chicken mixture in the center; top generously with mozzarella.
  5. Fold in sides and roll tightly into wraps.
  6. Toast in a skillet seam-side down until golden brown and crispy, flipping to melt cheese completely.
  7. Slice in half and garnish with parsley before serving hot.
