Ingredients

  • Potato gnocchi

  • Red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Fresh parsley or basil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; sear until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, sauté garlic briefly, then stir in sun-dried tomatoes.
