Description

One-Pot Creamy Cajun Meatball Pasta is a must-try dish that combines spicy Cajun flavors with tender meatballs and a silky cream sauce, all made in one pan.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Meatballs
  • 8 oz Pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a wide skillet; brown meatballs until golden, then set aside.
  2. In the same pan, sauté onion until soft; add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in Cajun seasoning, chicken broth, and heavy cream; bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add uncooked pasta, stir to submerge, and simmer until al dente.
  5. Return meatballs to the pan and simmer until pasta is tender and sauce thickens.
  6. Stir in Parmesan until creamy and smooth.
  7. Season to taste, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning.
  • Feel free to use any type of pasta you prefer.
