- 1 lb Meatballs
- 8 oz Pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a wide skillet; brown meatballs until golden, then set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onion until soft; add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, chicken broth, and heavy cream; bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add uncooked pasta, stir to submerge, and simmer until al dente.
- Return meatballs to the pan and simmer until pasta is tender and sauce thickens.
- Stir in Parmesan until creamy and smooth.
- Season to taste, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning.
- Feel free to use any type of pasta you prefer.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
