Ingredients

  • Bratwursts (4–5 links)
  • Butter (3–4 tbsp)

  • Onions (sliced)

  • Salt & pepper
  • Paprika (optional)
  • Fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedge (optional for brightness)

Instructions

  1. Sear bratwursts in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned; remove and set aside.
  2. Add butter to the pan; sauté onions and veggies until softened.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Return bratwursts to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and optional paprika.
  5. Let everything simmer together 8–10 minutes until brats are cooked through.
  6. Spoon garlic-butter over the top before serving.
