Instructions

- Form into evenly sized patties, pressing a slight indent in the center.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high and cook patties until golden and cooked through.
- Top patties with Swiss cheese and cover briefly to melt.
- Lightly butter and toast pretzel buns until warm and glossy.
- Warm sauerkraut in the pan just until heated.
- Assemble burgers with chicken patty, sauerkraut, and optional crispy onions; serve hot.
