Ingredients

  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut (drained well)
  • Butter (for buns)
  • Optional crispy onions or caramelized onions

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chicken with Dijon, maple syrup, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form into evenly sized patties, pressing a slight indent in the center.
