Ingredients

  • 1 cup wild rice blend
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth or water
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 packet onion soup mix or seasoning blend
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme or parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  4. Pour the mixture over the rice and stir lightly to combine.
