Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Chill the mixture for 10–15 minutes to firm slightly.
- Roll into small balls and place on a parchment-lined tray; freeze for 20 minutes.
- Dip chilled balls halfway into melted white chocolate, then drizzle with dark chocolate.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers or peanuts on top before the chocolate sets.
- Chill again for 15–20 minutes until firm.
