Instructions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Mix in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until creamy.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips evenly.
- Chill mixture 15–20 minutes until scoopable.
- Scoop into small balls and roll tightly.
- Roll each ball in graham cracker crumbs to coat fully.
- Chill again until firm; serve cold.
