Instructions

- Layer chocolate sponge, mocha mousse, vanilla cream, and top with the second sponge.
- Pour warm ganache (chocolate + cream + butter) over the top; smooth gently.
- Chill for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
- Decorate with chocolate curls or a piped chocolate rosette before slicing.
