Instructions

- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; fold in whipped cream for a light filling.
- Pipe cheesecake filling into cooled cookie cups.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
