- 6 taco shells
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 strips cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup mayo
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika or taco seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, seasoning with salt, pepper, and a touch of paprika or taco mix. Drain excess fat.
- Mix mayo, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl to make burger sauce.
- Warm taco shells slightly in the oven or skillet.
- Layer lettuce in each shell, then add seasoned beef.
- Top with a slice of cheddar, letting it melt slightly over the warm beef.
- Sprinkle crispy bacon bits on top.
- Drizzle with burger sauce and serve immediately.

- For extra flavor, consider adding diced tomatoes or pickles.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
