Ingredients

  • 6 taco shells
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 strips cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Smoked paprika or taco seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet, seasoning with salt, pepper, and a touch of paprika or taco mix. Drain excess fat.
  2. Mix mayo, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl to make burger sauce.
  3. Warm taco shells slightly in the oven or skillet.
  4. Layer lettuce in each shell, then add seasoned beef.
  5. Top with a slice of cheddar, letting it melt slightly over the warm beef.
  6. Sprinkle crispy bacon bits on top.
  7. Drizzle with burger sauce and serve immediately.
