Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ lb ground pork
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Olive oil for browning
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, parsley, and seasonings until combined.
- Form mixture into meatballs about 1½ inches in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown meatballs on all sides for 5–6 minutes.
- Transfer to a baking dish and pour marinara sauce over them.
- Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
- Spoon extra sauce over top and garnish with parsley and Parmesan.
- Serve with spaghetti or crusty bread for a true Italian feast.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the meatballs rest in the marinara sauce for a few minutes before serving.
