- 1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)

- 1 tsp Paprika

- Fresh parsley or oregano (for garnish)
- Wooden skewers (soaked)
- Tzatziki (for serving)
- Pita (for serving)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat; marinate for at least 1 hour (up to overnight).
- Thread the marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high and lightly oil it.
- Grill the skewers, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through, about 12–15 minutes.
- Let the skewers rest for 2–3 minutes, then garnish with fresh herbs and lemon.
- Serve hot with pita and tzatziki.

- Ensure wooden skewers are soaked in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
