A deliciously crispy chicken sandwich drizzled with warm honey and topped with fresh jalapeños.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 Boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- Fresh jalapeño slices (to taste)
- 4 Brioche sandwich buns
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

- Mix flour with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour, dip back into buttermilk, then dredge again for extra crunch.
- Heat oil to 350°F and fry chicken for 6–8 minutes until deep golden and crispy. Drain on a rack.
- Toast brioche buns lightly in a pan until golden.
- Place cheese on hot chicken so it melts slightly.
- Layer chicken on the bottom bun, top with fresh jalapeño slices, and generously drizzle with warm honey.
- Close sandwich and serve immediately while hot and crispy.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate longer if possible.
- Adjust the amount of jalapeños based on your spice preference.
- Use a thermometer to ensure the oil is at the correct temperature for frying.
