Ingredients
- Italian sausage links (sliced)
- Bell peppers (red, yellow, orange)
- Shredded mozzarella
- Marinara or tomato sauce

Instructions
- Slice sausage and sear in a skillet until browned.
- Sauté bell peppers (and onion if using) with garlic until softened.
- Add sausage, veggies, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning to a baking dish.
- Top generously with mozzarella.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Sprinkle chopped basil or parsley on top.
