Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then beat in eggs one at a time with vanilla.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt; fold into the batter, alternating with milk.
- Divide batter in half; mix cocoa powder into one half to create chocolate batter.
- Spoon alternating dollops of vanilla and chocolate batter into the pan.
- Swirl gently with a knife to create a marble pattern—don’t overmix.
- Bake 45–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool fully before slicing to show the gorgeous swirls.
