Ingredients

  • Sirloin or ribeye steak (cut into cubes)
  • Baby potatoes
  • Butter
  • Fresh garlic (minced)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Smoked paprika
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Boil baby potatoes until just tender, then pat dry.
  2. Sauté potatoes in butter and olive oil with salt, pepper, and paprika until golden and crispy; set aside.
  3. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and a touch of paprika.
  4. Heat a skillet over high heat and sear steak bites in batches until browned on all sides.
  5. Reduce heat, add butter and garlic, then toss steak quickly to coat without overcooking.
  6. Return potatoes to the pan and spoon garlic butter over everything.
  7. Finish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
