Ingredients
- Sirloin or ribeye steak (cut into cubes)
- Baby potatoes
- Butter
- Fresh garlic (minced)

Instructions
- Boil baby potatoes until just tender, then pat dry.
- Sauté potatoes in butter and olive oil with salt, pepper, and paprika until golden and crispy; set aside.
- Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and a touch of paprika.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and sear steak bites in batches until browned on all sides.
- Reduce heat, add butter and garlic, then toss steak quickly to coat without overcooking.
- Return potatoes to the pan and spoon garlic butter over everything.
- Finish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
