Ingredients

Instructions
- Form beef into 4 loose patties and season generously with salt and pepper.

- Whisk mayo, Dijon, Worcestershire, and pepper into a smooth pub sauce.
- Toast brioche buns until golden.
- Layer lettuce, pickles, and a drizzle of pub sauce on the bottom bun.
